Robert L. "Bob" Alldredge GRI, RMP® | Owner

My background includes over 40 years of residential commercial property management experience, encompassing the leasing and management of over 250 commercial, townhomes, condos, duplexes and single family properties. I have established contacts with reputable maintenance and repair services throughout the Denver Metropolitan area to ensure reliable and prompt service. I work closely with property owners to relay the status and condition of each property.

I am committed to provide you with an exceptional Property Management service. My education includes a B.S./B.A. degree in real estate from the University of Denver in 1966. I also have a Real Estate Brokers License and participate in on-going training through professional organizations reflecting the level of qualifications Jericho Properties can provide. I am a certified Residential Management Professional through the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). In the past I have served as president of the Denver chapter of NARPM; a former Board Director of the Jefferson County (CO) Association of Realtors (JCAR); and a 40-year member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver.
